Not So Much

Vegan Tikka Masala from Trader Joe's. I knew this had too many ingredients to really be that healthy, but I thought it would be worth a try. It was not. I had pictured the mounds of chicken replacement stuff to be tofu. I was wrong. It was textured vegetable protein, or TVP. Little, round, rubbery, fake meatball things that I am not a fan of. My review? The VTM with TVP was YUCKY. I gave it up and steamed an artichoke instead and that's how lunch was saved.
