The photo above is evidence of some amazing grilled baby eggplant I had last week at my friend Jennifer's place. If you ever get the chance for Jennifer to make these for you, you should totally eat them.
I'm still here in Raw-V Land. Perhaps the holiday season brought a little less Raw and a little more V. Perhaps I'm feeling a tad squishy and off. Perhaps. One thing's for sure, the fastest way I know to get back on track is the knowledge that Prevention Magazine is coming to my house in four days to take pictures of my Raw-V self. The article about transformational clean eating will be out in a few months. I'll let you know when that happens.

What I ate today:
• 2 bananas
• 1/2 cup of Brazil nuts
• 1 avocado
• green drink - kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon (Grassroots)
• mixed greens w/vinaigrette (Nicole's)
• cold lentils (Nicole's)
• hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, tomatoes salad (Nicole's)
• green salad - tomatoes, avocado, mixed greens, baby kale, slivered almonds, ginger vinaigrette
