Still Here, Still Raw Vegan

I'm great, thanks. How are you? I know, it's been awhile. So, I've been doing the raw/v for 5-1/2 months now and it has become second nature. I'm an expert at scanning menus for food that will work for me. Shopping is easy. I have my favorites and go-tos. I still have not sprung for a juicer, Cuisinart, or dehydrator and at this point, I'm thinking I probably won't. (We have a teensy kitchen with extra-teensy counter space and I'd rather not fill it with appliances.) I won't say it's all been effortless, but it's going well and it's working for me.

Kiwi berries came in our organic box this week. They're like little olive sized kiwis but without the hairy exterior. Super good.

What I ate today:

• 2 bananas
• 3 dates
• carrots
• Hungarian Paprika Lick Cashew Spread (Grassroots)
• Trader Joe's Cold Pressed Yellow Juice
• lightly sauteed green beans w/ olive oil and Himalayan pink salt
• 3 vegetarian tostadas - corn tortilla, pintos, cabbage, tomato, pico de gallo
• 6 kiwi berries
