Must We Call It Pizza?

I tried a slice of raw "pizza" today. It's in the shape of a slice of pizza, but the similarities end there. You can not pick this up and eat it with your hands,  it's far to moist for that and falls apart. It's really fork food. There are fresh tomatoes, no sauce, and a nut cheese that tasted just like... nut cheese. The crust was nondescript. Even after my stellar review,  I still ate the whole thing because it was raw and it was something a little different.

What I ate today:

• banana
• coffee
• Back to Life Raw Cheeze-y Pizza, flax, soaked sunflower seeds, soaked cashews, tomato, onion, celery, basil, parsley, garlic, olives, olive oil, lemon, turmeric, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, sea salt (Grassroots)
• green drink - kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon, ginger (Grassroots)
• green salad - mixed greens, avocado, tomatoes, walnut parm, olive oil
• Rahel Atar - Ethiopian yellow peas, injera, spices
