One of my friends gave me this cookbook. It looks interesting. I'll let you know what I find.
I forgot to mention yesterday that I tried some of the raw "parmesan" that Trina made. I had it on a salad with olive oil and it was so super good, I had it again tonight.
I had lunch with Karen today at Cafe Gratitude. Not surprisingly, we both got what we always get, the kelp noodles and the chocolatey smoothie with a coffee shot. High five.
What I ate today:
• handful Brazil nuts
• - Marinated kelp noodles, heirloom cherry tomatoes, local black and green olives, wild arugula, basil hempseed pesto, cashew ricotta, Brazil nut parmesan, avocado (Cafe Gratitude)
• Luscious - (Smoothie) Almond milk, figs, dates, raw cacao, vanilla bean, coffee Cafe Gratitude
• green salad - mixed greens, baby kale, tomatoes, almonds, olive oil, Trina's magic raw parm
• cup of strawberries/raspberries
