What I Ate Today And A Little Passive-Aggressive Love From Cafe Gratitude

Today included lunch at Cafe Gratitude and a delicious dinner at my friend Jen's house. I had half of a "Happy" and then more of that vegan key lime pie that I am so very into right now. Dinner was terrific  - lots of vegan goodness.

What I ate today:

• coffee
• 2 bananas
• Brazil nuts (You could have written this list so far all by yourself. I need to mix it up my nut/banana situation a little.)
• 1/2 HAPPY mediterranean raw wrap Spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, cashew feta, coconut yogurt tzatziki, red onion, capers, sundried tomato flat bread (Cafe Gratitude)
• LUSCIOUS smoothie -almond milk, figs, dates, raw cacao, vanilla bean  (Cafe Gratitude)
• AWAKENING key lime pie creamy avocado-lime custard, cashew coconut meringue, pecan-macadamia date crust (Cafe Gratitude)
• gazpacho 
• quinoa w/mixed vegetables in an avocado dressing
• mango, watermelon, lime, mint
• Bragg's Apple Cider Honey Drink (Bristol Farms)
