I had another one of those famous iced almond lattes today from Go Get Em Tiger.
The NY Times says of this latte, "... it is exquisite: one of the best iced coffees in the United States, and almost certainly the best latte. Fresh almond-macadamia milk, made in-house, is shaken over ice with espresso, then strained into a chilled Mason jar filled with ice from a Kold-Draft ice maker, an expensive machine you find in cocktail bars. The drink is so carefully formulated and fastidiously made that it tastes more like a cocktail-dessert hybrid than a coffee on ice."
Yep. They're good, all right.
We're leaving town for a bit so I emptied all of the vegetables out of the fridge and into a pot, curried it up, and called it dinner.
What I ate today:
• 2 bananas
• dried Smyrna figs
• Brazil nuts
• green grapes
• Trader Joe's Cold Pressed Juice "Green" - kale, spimach, apple, cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger
• almond iced latte (Go Get Em Tiger)
• vegetable curry - onions, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, corn, curly kale, peas, tomatoes w/jasmine rice
