Purse Food


Have you had unsulphered dried apricots? They aren't pretty like the sulphered kind, they are a rotten looking brown but they are pretty wonderful. Really have to be careful though - it would be so easy to eat too many of those and then, you know, bad news.

I was out this afternoon, hungry, and hanging out in a waiting room and luckily found a mostly smashed Trader Joe's bar in my bag.

What I ate today:

• 2 bananas
• 2 much coffee
• handful of unsulphured dried apricots
• green juice - kale, spinach, apple (Grassroots)
• Trader Joe's Apple Mango Bar
• green salad - romaine, tomatoes, corn, avocado, pine nuts w/goddess dressing
• cantaloupe

  1. Sad purse food! We need to stock up on some raw bars. I keep forgetting to ask about your goddess dressing. Do you make it or is it a whole foods raw 50 dollar bottle of something?
