Maybe Not


I found some sprouted chips in my kitchen today, purchased by Mr. Rosenberg. They are vegan, not raw but are made from sprouted flax, chia seed, quinoa, radish seed, brown rice, and broccoli seed. So - healthy enough. I really just wanted a way to get some salsa into my mouth besides a spoon. These worked.

Later, I spent a good deal of time cutting up vegetables for one of my clean-out-the-fridge curries. I let it simmer and it was smelling great when I lifted the lid to check on it, the smell was actually the vegetables all burned onto the bottom of the pan. I called the vegan Thai place and placed an order to go.


What I ate today:

• coffee
• 3 plums
• pear
• Way Better Snacks Multi-Grain Vegan Chips (Bristol Farms)
• salsa
• Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar All Natural Drink (Bristol Farms)
• vegan pad-Thai
• sauteed string beans w/tofu, brown rice
• mango sticky rice
• Thai tea

  2. I'm not vegan or into raw, but I do know that home-dried (I have a small food drier) zucchini chips taste wonderful with salsa! Does dried count as OK in this raw food thing?
