And More With The Gratitude

Bob and I were on the westside again today for another appointment and somehow we happened to find ourselves at Cafe Gratitude. (Imagine that.) I had a raw lasagne called The Fabulous, and it was. I also had a very sour green drink with lots of stuff in it. Last, I had what might actually be my favorite food of the moment - "The Awakening," also known as vegan key lime pie. There is nothing wrong with it.

We ate dinner quickly on the way to Bob's basketball practice. Another chicken salad, hold the chicken back at the coffee shop by our house.

What I ate today:

• 2 bananas
• coffee
• pear
• Brazil nuts
• cherries
• "FABULOUS" Raw Lasagne - squash blossoms, heirloom tomatoes, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto, fresh corn, summer squash noodles, cashew queso fresco, salsa verde, raw cacao mole  (Cafe Gratitude)
• "COMPLETE" green juice - kale, pineapple, celery, cucumber, lemon, turmeric  (Cafe Gratitude)
• AWAKENING Key Lime Pie - creamy avocado-lime custard, cashew coconut meringue, pecan-macadamia date crust  (Cafe Gratitude)
• green salad - romaine, onions, green peppers, avocado, tomatoes, salsa dressing (Shaker's)
