What I Ate And A Link

Today I was still feeling a little out of it. I wanted a green juice but not enough to go and get one. My plan was to not leave the house all afternoon and I did not. It's good to have goals.

What I ate today:

• coffee
• banana
• Brazil nuts
• leftover potato/carrot curry - vegan not raw
• apricot
• Back to Life Raw Vegan Falafels (natural food store)
• 1/2 avocado
• nectarine
