I'm back in the rhythm of being home. Today looked like a regular, simple food day for me and I'm feeling better already. I've got a couple of trips coming up in July and I'm going to try and be a bit more prepared. I don't know what that means yet, I will have to give it some thought. Perhaps a more strategic grocery store visit to a local market on the road...
What I ate today:
• salad - romaine, radishes, red grapes, raisins, avocado, citrus vinaigrette (This is the chicken salad from the coffee shop where I substitute avocado for chicken.)
• iced tea
• green salad - baby greens, red and green swiss chard, tat soi, arugula, spinach, pea shoots, avocado, almonds, ginger dressing
• almond butter
