Gimme


Today was the day I went to the doctor for some blood-work to prepare for the physical I'm getting in a couple of weeks. I'm really interested to see if my cholesterol went down since I've changed the way I'm eating. It was high last time we checked. I had to fast until after my appointment, about 1:30. The first thing I did was buy a cup of copy in the lobby of the medical building. I made more when I got home.

I'm feeling a little flu-y and didn't have much of an appetite.


What I ate today:

• coffee (finally)
• apple
• banana
• avocado
• apricot
• red vegetable curry w/quinoa - potatoes, carrots
• Palaba Azul Yellow Frozen Bar

  1. I have become completely addicted to overnight oats or refrigerator oatmeal - whatever you want to call it. And I have wondered whether you can do something similar with quinoa. Have you heard of anyone doing something like that?

    I'm glad you finally got your coffee :)
