Today I went to Malibu to have brunch with my friends Yolanda, Jennifer, and Karen to celebrate Yolanda's birthday. We went to a place called Geoffrey's that overlooks the water and it was lovely. For my appetizer, I had a golden beet salad that I raw-ed up by having them omit the goat cheese. As my main course, I had the one vegan thing they had on the menu - a tofu deal with vegetables in a ginger sauce. It was like two big blocks of vegan. It was okay but the company was outstanding.
What I ate today:

• braised tofu w/ kale, zucchini, carrots - vegan not raw (Geoffrey's)
• raw bowl - kale, cabbage, carrots, almonds, cashew cheese (Kind Kreme)
• iced tea
• green apple
