Put It On The Tray

Bob and I went out with friends for dinner tonight to a place called Lemonade. Lemonade is like if Soup Plantation was trying to get on the cover of Bon Appetit. It's cafeteria style and there are pre-made cold salads and hot stuff of all different kinds and a few vegan options. I got a salad trio. Three times the fun.

What I ate today:

• coffee
• banana
• salad - baby kale, tomato, sprouted sunflower seeds, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, Lick Foods Garlic Dill Cashew Spread (natural food store)
• 6 Brazil nuts
• Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar All Natural Drink (natural food store)
• green beans sauteed in olive oil w/Himalayan pink salt
• cauliflower curry salad w/ golden raisins and almonds (vegan, not raw)
• kale and mushroom salad
• butternut squash, brussel sprouts, red grapes (vegan, not raw)


  1. Such a fun night! I'm still intrigued by the vinegar drink but haven't tried it yet.
