It was organic box day and as always, I felt compelled to use up anything left from last week's box. This is the only explanation I have for the insane amount of broccoli I had for dinner. If you are wondering, "insane amount" is an actual unit of measure that exists between "a ton" and "an ass-load."

• Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar All Natural Drink (Bristol Farms)
• green grapes
• steamed broccoli
• salad - butter lettuce, avocado, sprouted sunflower seeds, olive oil, Lick Garlic Dill Cashew Spread
• popsicle - Palapa Azul Fruit and Veggie Bar (Bristol Farms)


  1. I made a cacao, banana, coffee smoothie yesterday. When I tasted it I realized I missed the kale. I added some and it was delightful.
    I blame you for my kale habit!
