Don't Mind If I Do

I had no idea I was in the mood for Ethiopian food until I saw the vegan Ethiopian food today at Grass Roots (natural food store) and then I had to have it. So I did. It was a happy lunch.

What I ate today:

• coffee
• banana
• nectarine
• green grapes
• 3 pieces Leaf Raw Vegan Mango Bread (natural food store)
• Lick Foods Garlic Dill Cashew Spread (natural food store)
• sprouted sunflowers seeds (Whole Foods)
• Ethopian ater and injera (split peas in a spongy flat-bread wrap) vegan, not raw - yellow peas, olive oil, sea salt, turmeric, onion, ginger, teff (North African grass), buckwheat (natural food store)
• green drink - kale, spinach, apple (natural food store)
• green beans sauteed w/olive oil and Himalayan pink salt - vegan not raw
