The Hots

Part of my deal with myself is that is if I want to have hot (vegan) food once a week or so, that's cool. I'm committed to raw, but I don't want my new way of eating to keep me from having a social life either. My goal is to eat the best way I can in any situation. Dinner tonight came from a vegan Thai place that is really close to our house. (How lucky am I?)

And I lost another pound. That's now 13 pounds total in 5 - 1/2 weeks.  Thanks, Kale.

Today I ate:
• coffee
• strawberries
• 1 banana
• cranberry raw bar (Two Mom's In the Raw)
• leftover Raw Bowl from yesterday (this was a big bowl of kale)
• mandarin orange
• "Jungle Curry" red curry with bamboo shoots, mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, green beans and eggplant
• a little brown rice
• thai tea
